I was in the adult film industry for seven years and there is no doubt that the bedroom scene in the “Romeo and Juliet” 2023 film distributed by Paramount and Criterion is clearly pornography

As a victim of sexual exploitation and image based sexual abuse I truly understand the pain of watching criminals not be held accountable accordingly.
Olivia and Leonard’s case is very straightforward, it’s not a case of speculation, proof or he said, she said, it’s a case of YOU SEE child sexual abuse material in a major hit movie named Romeo and Juliet and Paramount Studios is sending a clear message that they think they’re above the law when it comes to distribution, creating and dissemination of CSAM.
In my situation being a victim of the iCloud hack leak in 2014, I truly felt defeated by the Justice system, the laws, the law enforcement, the major tech platforms and the adult sites and had to take matters into my own hands by creating The Protect Act & Foundation Ra.
In Olivia and Leonard’s case there’s already existing laws against Child sexual abuse material but the Judges on this case don’t think that they should apply, which is highly questionable.
Why do we have laws to protect children, if they’re not going to be enforced?
I truly hope and have faith that moving forward Paramount Pictures and the judges in this case will make the right decision by removing the CSAM from the Romeo and Juliet movie and giving the justice that both Olivia and Leonard deserve after 56 years.

"As a model, influencer, and actress, I’ve shared openly that it took me years to overcome my body image issues, embrace my sensuality, and understand sexual empowerment. I certainly didn’t feel this way as a teenager and neither did Olivia Hussey. A 16-year-old being filmed topless is not just blatant exploitation, frankly, it’s child pornography. There must be justice or the message it sends to women in the industry is both appalling and alarming."
Summary for reporters:
- I have now been shadow-banned by Meta for nearly two months, with no answers to my appeals or support from Meta so it's time to take it to the media
- Even though I was already verified as a public figure in April 2022 due to my media presence, I upgraded to Meta Verified to have access to support when the appeal to my shadowban remained unanswered for two weeks at that time, since early November
- I contacted support 6 times, even escalated to a supervisor and a "specialized team", only to receive no answers regarding how or why my content was suddenly sexually suggestive and why it didn't meet guidelines, only repeatedly and robotically told that it didn't and to delete it or edit it, with no guidance on what to edit since no one would explain what was wrong to begin with.
- I even provided them with screenshots, like my Google knowledge panel proving I don't make adult content and my IG bio that had remained unchanged for 2+ years but was suddenly flagged as inappropriate. I re-edited it over 25 times, even reducing it to simply say "model, creator, actress and speaker" and it was still flagged
- Even my profile photo on Facebook, also unchanged for 2+ years of me wearing jeans, a top and a leather jacket was now flagged by Meta as not meeting guidelines
- Meta doesn't like to acknowledge the words shadowban, suppress or censorship but that is what happens when they flag your account, it's undiscoverable by anyone but your current followers, which is why is has such a profoundly negative impact on a creators brand and reputation, making it impossible to grow or be successful on the platform
